👨‍💻 What You’ll Do

Design and develop robust, scalable server-side applications.
Build and maintain APIs, databases, and backend systems using JavaScript, Node.js, and Express.js.
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
Optimize backend infrastructure for performance and scalability.
Implement security protocols and safeguard sensitive data.
Review code, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve backend processes.
Deploy and manage applications in production using cloud platforms like AWS and tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Stay current with emerging backend technologies and best practices.

🎯 Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
1.5+ years of backend development experience.
Strong command of JavaScript, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with PostgreSQL, database modeling, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
Willingness to work full-time at our Lahore (Gulberg) or Islamabad (Bahria Town) office with occasional coordination with international teams.
