Required Qualifications:
Candidates with the following academic backgrounds from HEC-recognized institutions are encouraged to apply:

Mass Communication / Media Sciences (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

Supply Chain Management / Procurement (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

Accounting & Finance / Insurance / Risk Management / Actuarial Sciences

CA (CAF passed), ACMA (Qualified / Finalist), ACCA (Qualified / Finalist)
Additional Requirements:

Minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 2.5/4.0

Maximum Age: 25 Years
🛠 Program Structure

Phase 1: 1-Year Paid Internship
-
Phase 2: Based on performance, interns may be upgraded to a 1-Year Management Trainee position.
PNSC promotes merit-based growth—only high-performing individuals will transition to the Management Trainee stage.
