The Planning Commission of Pakistan, operating under the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, has officially announced applications for its prestigious Young Development Fellows (YDF) Program under the URAAN Pakistan initiative. This highly competitive fellowship is designed to attract Pakistan’s brightest young minds who aspire to contribute to national development, public policy, and economic transformation.
The YDF Program is a one-year, full-time fellowship that offers selected candidates a unique opportunity to work closely with senior policymakers, development experts, and government officials at the heart of Pakistan’s policy-making ecosystem. Fellows will gain hands-on exposure to strategic planning, innovation, governance reforms, and evidence-based decision-making that directly supports Pakistan’s sustainable growth agenda.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement publication. Incomplete applications will not be considered, and only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.
