The Sindh Employees’ Social Security Institution (SESSI) has announced its Internship Programme 2026–2027, offering an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and postgraduates to gain practical workplace experience. Applications are invited from eligible Sindh-domiciled candidates for 30 internship positions in Finance, Law, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Procurement, and Pharmacy.
The SESSI Internship Programme is designed to provide young graduates with practical exposure and professional development opportunities in a government organization. The internship will have a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of an additional 6 months based on performance, institutional requirements, and approval from the competent authority.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00 or equivalent grade/percentage.
- Degree must have been completed within the last two years from the closing date.
- Maximum age limit is 28 years.
- Candidates must have a valid Sindh domicile.
- The required qualification must correspond to the relevant internship position.
Internship Terms and Conditions
The internship will initially be offered for 6 months, with the possibility of extension for another 6 months depending on performance and institutional requirements. Interns will be required to maintain regular attendance and demonstrate professional conduct throughout the programme.
Selection will be made on merit, with candidates potentially required to appear for a test and/or interview. Importantly, this is a training-oriented internship and does not automatically provide a right to regular employment with SESSI.
The programme also provides an important opportunity for female graduates, as 50% of the available seats are reserved for female candidates.
