📈 Internship Structure & Career Growth
Be Data Solutions offers a structured growth plan that rewards learning and performance:

First 3 Months (Internship Period): BDT 10,000 per month

Next 3 Months (Trainee Period): BDT 15,000 per month

After 6 Months: High-performing candidates may be offered a full-time permanent role based on evaluation and performance.
