Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a U.S. citizen and at least 18 years old at the time of application

• Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (with at least 2 completed semesters), OR

• Hold a completed undergraduate/graduate degree from an accredited U.S. institution, OR

• Be a U.S. Armed Forces veteran with a high school diploma/equivalent

• Commit to working full-time (35+ hours/week) in person in Washington, D.C.
