Internships are currently available in the following high-demand fields:

Information Technology / Computer Science
Proficient in MERN Stack, Python, and tools like Canva, Figma, system architecture design, and requirement analysis.
Finance & Audit
Strong command of financial analysis, budgeting, IFRS compliance, risk assessment, and tools like Excel, QuickBooks, and ODOO.
Marketing & Research
Experience in program research, content development, data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and graphic software such as Canva and Adobe Suite.
Human Resource Management (HRM)
Proficient in recruitment, HRIS, performance management, labor laws, and employee engagement strategies.

📅 Internship Duration:

Initial duration: 2 years
Extension possible based on performance and project objectives

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Education Qualification:
- Graduate (14 years): Rs. 50,000/month
- Postgraduate (16 years): Rs. 60,000/month
- Postgraduate Specialization (18 years): Rs. 70,000/month
Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 70% marks
Must have completed education from an HEC-recognized university within the last two years
Age: Not more than 30 years at the time of application
Open to both male and female candidates

Interns must arrange their own laptops and transport
Full-time commitment required, adhering to OEC’s rules and confidentiality terms
No TA/DA for tests or interviews
Candidates must bring original documents during the interview
The competent authority may cancel the internship at any stage without explanation
