Strategize and execute plans to achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Continuously improve lead generation and management strategies to boost conversion rates

Generate detailed reports on sales metrics, achievements, and projections

Follow up on all leads and proposals with persistence and professionalism

β Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement
