As a Management Trainee Officer, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to impactful projects, and play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency of our nationwide supply chain. ✅ Key Responsibilities:

• 📦 Procurement & Vendor Management:

  • Assist in supplier selection and purchase order creation.

  • Support procurement activities aligned with demand forecasts.

  • Maintain and evaluate vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely deliveries.

• 📊 Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels across multiple warehouses.

  • Support the control of stock movement to maintain optimal inventory.

  • Ensure accuracy of records and facilitate timely stock replenishment.

• 🚚 Logistics Coordination:

  • Collaborate in managing logistics processes for timely distribution.

  • Help optimize transportation and warehousing strategies.

• 📈 Demand Forecasting & Planning:

  • Assist in analyzing historical data and customer demand trends.

  • Help in building effective inventory plans that meet future requirements.

• 💡 Process Improvement:

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
