📋 Key Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee Officer – Corporate Secretariat, you will:

Assist in preparing agendas, minutes, and presentations for Board, Committee, AGM, and EOGM meetings.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory forms and announcements with SECP, PSX, and Registrar in compliance with deadlines.

Maintain corporate statutory registers, organize minute books, and support regulatory compliance for NBFCs and corporate laws.

Collaborate on policy drafting, regulatory disclosures, and the development of annual reports.

Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient governance and operational communication.

🛠️ Essential Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

Discretion in managing sensitive or confidential corporate information.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law, ACCA, or ICMA Finalist.
